1. Who we are

Bhilai Date is an online dating service for adults aged 18+ living in or around Bhilai and Durg, Chhattisgarh, India.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By signing up you confirm you are not a minor, you are not a registered sex offender, and you meet all other legal requirements to use the service in your jurisdiction.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password secret and for all activity under your account. You may not share accounts, misstate your age, or impersonate others. We may suspend or delete accounts that break these terms.

4. Acceptable use

• No harassment, hate speech, or threats.
• No explicit content, nudity, or sexual solicitation.
• No spam, scams, or misleading profiles.
• No soliciting minors or underage members, ever.
• No scraping, bots, or automated access.

5. Content

You keep ownership of the content you post. You grant us a non-exclusive licence to host, store, and display that content so we can operate the service. Photos of other people require their consent.

6. Reporting & moderation

We provide in-app report and block tools. We may remove content and suspend accounts that violate these terms. You can report a concern to support@bhilaidate.in.

7. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee matches, interactions, or safety of offline dates. You are responsible for your own safety when meeting people.

8. Changes & termination

We may update these terms and will post the date of change. We may terminate your account for breach. These terms follow applicable Indian law.
